About the Role

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser with experience in the furniture industry to coordinate between design, purchase, production, quality, vendors, and clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that furniture products are manufactured as per approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and production processes.
- Good understanding of furniture materials.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and furniture specifications.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and order tracking.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.




- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production, design, purchase, quality, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor TNA (Time & Action Plan) for running orders
- Identify deviations against TNA and track delays in production & shipment
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, and Merchandising teams
- Find root causes of delays affecting on-time delivery
- Prepare MIS reports for deviation against TNA
- Report delivery and deviation status to management
- Ensure timely shipment and production follow-up

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Production, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in furniture manufacturing, interior products, home dcor, or furniture merchandising.
- Experience in handling customized furniture or project-based furniture orders will be an advantage.
