We are looking for a Crane Service Engineer to be based in our India office. The role involves monitoring crane operations, maintenance, and repair to ensure minimum downtime across our fleet of cranes.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day crane operations and performance
- Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise repair activities to minimize crane downtime
- Track crane availability, faults, and recurring issues
- Liaise with maintenance teams, vendors, and OEMs as required
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely reporting

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crane Service Engineer or in a similar crane maintenance/repair role
- Pure crane experience is preferred — candidates without sailing/seafaring experience (non-seafarers) will be given first preference
- Strong understanding of crane systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting
- Ability to coordinate maintenance and repair work to reduce operational downtime
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
