ABOUT SHAY

SHAY is a fast-growing, design-led lifestyle kitchenware brand available across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and our own Shopify website. As one of the leading brands in the ceramic tableware category, we are now expanding into broader kitchenware and home categories. With a focus on premium design, quality, and everyday functionality, SHAY is redefining how India cooks, serves, and shares food.

THE ROLE

This is a pure performance role. You own Amazon advertising end to end campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword management, ACOS and TACOS optimisation, and weekly reporting. As we expand to new marketplaces you extend the same rigour to each current platform.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Amazon Advertising
- Full ownership of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Build and maintain campaign architecture from first principles not inherit and maintain someone else's work
- Weekly bid optimisation, keyword harvesting, negative targeting, dayparting, and budget allocation
- Continuous A/B testing on creatives, keywords, match types, and bid strategies




- Weekly performance reporting ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impression share

Marketplace Expansion Ads
- Flipkart Ads Sponsored Products and Performance Ads as vendor model goes live
- Blinkit, Instamart, First Club platform-specific ad products as each channel onboards
- Amazon Global UAE, Germany, USA advertising setup and management as global channels go live

Data and Reporting
- Weekly ads performance report to Head of Ecommerce every platform, every campaign, every metric
- Monthly advertising P&L; — ad spend vs revenue generated vs contribution margin by channel
- Work with MIS team daily — use data to make decisions, not gut feel
- Flag any campaign burning money without return immediately — not at weekly review
- Identify top performing ASINs to double down on and underperforming ones to fix or cut
