About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive
Marketing Associate
to manage social media accounts, develop content ideas, and ensure smooth planning and execution of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day
Instagram activities
for multiple brands.
- Ideate
creative concepts, reels, campaigns, and social media content
.
- Plan and maintain
monthly content calendars
.
- Schedule posts, reels, and stories according to the content plan.
- Coordinate with
designers, video editors, and clients
to get content executed on time.
- Write/coordinate captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic social media copy.
- Stay updated with
Instagram trends, formats, audio,



and content trends
.
- PR & Influencer Marketing Activations.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of
Instagram and social media marketing
.
- Good creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of current social media trends.
- Prior experience with a marketing agency or social media management is a plus.
