Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in website and mobile application design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital experiences that elevate user interaction and strengthen our brand. Working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow creatives, you will translate ideas and requirements into refined, innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Design intuitive, attractive user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Ensure every element - from typography to colour - is consistent, polished, and contributes to a seamless user experience.
- Develop fully responsive designs that translate cleanly across devices and screen sizes.
Concept & Innovation
- Translate project briefs into compelling visual concepts, mockups, and prototypes.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver modern, user-centric solutions.
Motion & Video
- Produce and edit short-form video, promotional content, and motion graphics for web and social platforms.
- Deliver web-ready, optimised video using industry tools, adding motion and animation where it strengthens engagement.
Collaboration
- Partner with UI/UX designers, developers, and product teams to align design with technical and business requirements.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Brand Consistency
- Uphold brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand identity through considered, creative design.
- Anticipate the needs and emotions of users to craft designs that are both visually striking and genuinely resonant.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
