Our client is seeking experienced senior leaders from the NBFC sector to serve as Functional Assessors for leadership assessment engagements. The assessors will evaluate candidates for critical leadership roles across business, governance, and support functions, assessing their functional expertise, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and decision-making through structured assessment methodologies. The assessments will support succession planning and executive hiring decisions for a leading BFSI organization.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Conduct structured assessments for leadership-level candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' functional expertise, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and business judgment.
- Participate in assessment discussions, interviews, and evaluation exercises.
- Provide objective observations and detailed assessment feedback.




- Collaborate with the assessment team to ensure a consistent and standardized evaluation process.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the engagement.

Skills Required

Experience:
- 20-25+ years of experience in the NBFC and HFC sector.
- Current or former CXO, Director, Business Head, Functional Head, or equivalent leadership position.
- Extensive experience in NBFC and Housing Finance organizations.
- Robust understanding of business strategy, operations, risk, customer management, lending, or financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and evaluation skills.
- Prior experience in leadership assessments, executive interviewing, talent evaluation, board-level interactions, or succession planning is preferred.
