Production/ Application Support Lead( L2 / L3 Production support with.net ):
Required Experience and Technical Skills include Production Support, .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL
Server), Guiding Care, REST APIs, SQL, healthcare domain knowledge, and experience with AI
tools and automation tools in Application Support.
Automation Tool Experience (Required/Preferred):
UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PowerShell scripting, Python
automation, Control-M, or similar automation/monitoring tools used for production support, incident
reduction, validation, monitoring, and regression testing.
