Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our energetic design team. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a strong understanding of design trends, materials, and spatial planning. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead and manage a variety of design projects, from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to deliver exceptional, innovative interior designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development of multiple interior design projects, from concept to installation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, vision, and requirements to deliver designs that meet their objectives.
- Prepare mood boards, color schemes, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop and manage design presentations,



including sketches, plans, and material selections.
- Oversee the selection of furniture, finishes, fixtures, and other design elements.
- Ensure that design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support on design decisions and project execution.
- Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction and installation process.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the design process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of succ
