Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Visa Filling Officer located in Ludhiana. The Visa Filling Officer will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with visa applications, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with immigration laws, providing guidance on visa processes, and addressing client queries. The role requires a strong understanding of immigration procedures and offering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Visa and Immigration processes




- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Attention to detail and familiarity with managing documentation
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of immigration issues and regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
