Role Overview
As a Business Analyst Intern, you would work with business, marketing, product, and technical teams to understand requirements, analyze business data, document processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. You would also get exposure to real client projects involving digital marketing and web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collect and organize business data and prepare reports.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
- Create process flows and workflow documentation.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with business and technical teams.
- Support data validation and quality checks.
- Assist with UAT/test-case documentation where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client projects.





Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis and Business Requirements.
- Knowledge of business processes and process mapping.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good documentation skills.
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Solid attention to detail and organization.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and web technologies.

Good-to-have Skills
- Basic SQL
- Power BI / Tableau
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Excel charts
- Jira or similar project-management tools
- Visio, Lucidchart, or other process-mapping tools.
