Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional with a proven track record in generating corporate leads and managing B2B client relationships in the events, hospitality, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong corporate client pipeline, and converting leads into long term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify corporate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients across industries (IT, BFSI,



FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Admin Heads, CXOs, and Marketing Managers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations/creative team to prepare customized event proposals and pitches.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the corporate events space.
