What You'll Be Doing

Paid Advertising Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across
Google (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube)
and
Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
.
- Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research to identify high-performing targeting opportunities.
- Craft compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Create, launch, and manage campaigns, optimizing bids, budgets, creatives,



and targeting for maximum performance.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using advertising dashboards and analytics tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports tracking KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor and optimize budgets to ensure efficient and scalable spending.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, features, and best practices.

Performance Marketing Expertise
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand business goals and target audiences.
- Develop a strong understanding of marketing KPIs across different funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
