Role Description
The Chartered Accountant (Commercial) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilwara. The role involves managing commercial finance operations, including preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. The Chartered Accountant will oversee compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies, and will support internal and statutory audits. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reviewing contracts for financial implications, and providing commercial insights to management for pricing, profitability, and risk assessment. The role also requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and timely resolution of financial queries.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with relevant commercial or corporate finance experience.




- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to commercial operations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis using ERP systems and accounting software.
- Ability to interpret contracts, assess financial risk, and provide clear commercial insights to support business decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and ability to manage confidential financial information.
- Prior experience in a commercial or industrial workplace in Bhilwara or similar markets is an advantage.
