Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to lead and manage complex commercial disputes. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, high-level drafting, briefing Senior Advocates, and arguing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and handle commercial suits, arbitration proceedings, and corporate litigation.

• Draft complex pleadings, petitions, appeals, and interim applications.

• Appear before the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Arbitral Tribunals,



National Company Law Tribunal and Debts Recovery Tribunal

along with their respective appellate tribunals), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the Appellate Tribunal for Prevention of Money Laundering.

• Brief Senior Advocates and lead client conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

•
LL.B./ LL.M. from a recognized university.

• Active e
nrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi.

•
5–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience primarily in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

•
Strong oral advocacy, analytical, and drafting skills.
