Job Description – Project coordinator – Finishing Projects

Position: VP

Industry: Construction – Interior & Finishing Works

Experience: 15-25 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)

Location: Head Office – Vasundhara, Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the execution of multiple interior finishing and fit-out projects across locations.

Develop project execution strategies to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Drive operational excellence by monitoring project planning, resource allocation, and productivity.

Coordinate with Project Heads, Clients, Consultants, and Vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and statutory requirements.

Review project progress, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions.

Manage project profitability, cost control, and cash flow.

Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.





Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Support business growth by improving operational processes and project delivery systems.

Key Skills:

Expertise in high-rise residential, commercial, and interior finishing projects.

Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.

Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and project controls.

Experience in handling multiple large-scale finishing projects simultaneously.

Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience in leading large construction operations with a strong background in finishing works.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Willing to travel across project locations as required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
