Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller / Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and candidates professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Calling & Sales

* Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

* Explain the company’s products and services clearly.

* Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.

* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

* Onboard new customers and maintain customer relationships.

* Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.

Recruitment Activities

* Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

* Coordinate with the HR team for hiring activities.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).





* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or recruitment is preferred but freshers can also apply.
