Designation: Sales Associate

Days of Working: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays

Role Requirement:

We are looking for a Sales Associate with solid communication and customer-handling skills. Candidates with prior Call Centre Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service experience will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Job Description

Acting as a communication link between the Agents Team, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Supply Partner Team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and resolution of client requirements.

a. Communicating effectively and efficiently with clients through emails, phone calls, and messages while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

b. Timely and accurately processing all leads received through our platform.

c. Identifying common client and supply partner challenges and actively suggesting solutions.



Ensuring Casita's website is accurate and updated with all property-related information.

d. Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring effective relationship management with suppliers and respective teams.

e. Attending relevant events and conferences to promote the brand and develop relationships with current and potential suppliers.

f. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective solutions.

g. Conducting competitor research and analysis covering services, offers, properties, markets, and other relevant areas.

h. Conducting mystery shopping on Casita and competitor platforms to benchmark offers, pricing, and service levels.

i. Assisting the Supply Team by sourcing contact details of relevant operators, letting agents, landlords, and other potential supply partners.

j. Maintaining accurate records of all supply-level data, including contract validation
