We’re Hiring: BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead

Experience: 5–7 years of dedicated BIM experience

Location: Bengaluru | Full-time

WARD FOUR is looking for a hands-on BIM skilled who can
develop and coordinate models, lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination, conduct quality checks and mentor project teams.

The role
- Develop and manage architectural Revit models
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP and HVAC models
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Review model quality, standards and documentation before issue
- Establish and maintain BIM workflows, templates and QA/QC protocols
- Troubleshoot modelling and coordination issues
- Mentor architects and junior BIM team members
- Support teams in using BIM as a coordination tool, not simply for drawing production

What we are looking for




- 5–7 years of experience specifically in BIM
- Advanced proficiency in
Revit
- Strong working knowledge of
Navisworks
- Proven multidisciplinary coordination experience
- Experience auditing and reviewing models produced by others
- Ability to independently lead BIM coordination and maintain model quality
- Strong communication and mentoring skills

Experience with
healthcare, institutional or other technically complex buildings
is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can
own BIM quality and coordination across projects
, not just produce models.
