We are looking for a driven and personable Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing residential sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers, guiding them from first enquiry through site visits to a confirmed booking. If you enjoy meeting people, understand the residential real estate market, and are motivated by uncapped incentive earnings, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote our residential property listings to prospective customers through calls, meetings, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties from our portfolio
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate property inspections and site visits for interested buyers
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads before and after site visits to move them toward a decision
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions in the CRM
- Stay updated on local residential market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock incentive payouts.
Who Were Looking For
- Prior experience in residential real estate sales or as a real estate consultant is preferred
- Candidates who have completed a real estate certification course are welcome to apply
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client inspections.
