About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Zonal Sales Manager
to lead and drive sales, profitability, market expansion, and business development across the assigned zone.

The role will be responsible for managing regional sales managers and their teams while driving business across
retail & channel sales.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in channel development, team leadership, market expansion, and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies for the assigned zone.
- Drive achievement of zonal sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Expand and strengthen stockist, dealer, and retail partner networks.
- Drive secondary sales growth and retail activation programmes.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, developers, and key customers.
- Drive specification business across premium residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Lead market development, branding, showroom visibility, sampling, and product launch initiatives.




- Monitor competitor activities and develop appropriate market strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor regional and area sales managers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
- Ensure CRM adoption, accurate sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and timely MIS.
- Monitor receivables, credit limits, debtor ageing, discounts, and commercial deviations.
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, architects, developers, and institutional customers.
- Resolve high-value customer issues and channel conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and SOPs.
- Provide management with market intelligence and strategic business inputs.

Candidate Profile

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- A master's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field will be preferred.
