Role: Full-time, on-site Sales Manager based in West Bengal. The role focuses on regional sales, key account management, new business development, product presentations, tenders, government contracts, forecasting, and customer service.

Key Qualifications:
- Sales/business development experience, preferably in diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Solid institutional and government client management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of tenders, government procurement, and rate contract procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal and nearby regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
