Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases by identifying and prioritizing defects, developing test plans, and executing tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automated testing using tools like Selenium.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs, microservices, and web applications using AWS IAM roles and permissions.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, metrics) to identify trends and areas for improvement in the testing process.

Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance leadership role with expertise in API testing, automation testing, containerization (Docker), Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of AWS services including IAM roles & permissions for secure access control.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; ability to work effectively in an iterative development environment.
