We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain smooth coordination between all departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and support teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and maintained properly.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and work schedules.
- Manage hotel expenses, inventory, supplies, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards,



and hygiene requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers when required.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Train and motivate employees to maintain professional service standards.
- Work towards improving hotel revenue, occupancy, and overall profitability.

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience and freshers in hotel/hospitality management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
