Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of power distribution systems, including transformers and other equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during field work and maintain a high level of quality control.
- Coordinate with project teams to plan and execute rural electrification projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical guidance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years' experience in Power Distribution or related field (Electrical Engineering).
- Robust knowledge of erection procedures for transformers and other electrical equipment.
- Experience in Project Execution, particularly in rural electrification projects.
- Proven track record in ensuring safe working practices during field operations.
