Job Description

Merloam Estates is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and support real estate sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Plan social media content, online promotions, and digital campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality, site visits, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies/vendors, and prepare regular performance reports.





Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing; real estate experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
- Good analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Proven ability to generate quality leads and deliver measurable marketing results.

Compensation: Attractive Remuneration + Performance-Based Incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
