Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts to manage and oversee finance and accounting operations for a manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in inventory accounting, GST, taxation, and day-to-day accounting activities, preferably within a non-pharma manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, valuation, and control.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of purchase, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Manage GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation activities and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.
- Review and ensure accuracy of ledgers, journal entries, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
- Support monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review MIS and other finance-related reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements in finance and accounting processes.
- Work closely with production, purchase, stores, sales, and other departments on finance-related matters.

Must-Have Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Qualification: CA Inter / ICWA / B.Com.
- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of inventory accounting and controls.
- Solid understanding of GST and taxation.
- Good command of day-to-day accounting operations and reconciliations.
- Candidates from non-pharma manufacturing industries are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills
