Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch, and maintain software products that meet customer needs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT Product Management or related field (e.g., Application Support).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Service Desk operations.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Experience working with sourcing teams to negotiate contracts for third-party vendors.
