Visa Filing Officer

We are looking for an experienced Visa Filing Officer to join our visa and travel operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing visa applications, verifying documentation, assisting clients with visa requirements, and coordinating with the Visa & Travel Operations Manager to ensure smooth and accurate application processing.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisa Processing
- Prepare and process visa applications for major international destinations.
- Handle Tourist, Student, Work, Business, and other visa categories as assigned.
- Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Prepare application forms, checklists, supporting documents, and visa files.
- Submit applications through relevant embassy, consulate, VFS, immigration, or other authorized channels.
- Monitor application status and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pending applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Stay updated on changes in visa procedures and documentation requirements.




- Escalate complex or unusual cases to the Visa & Travel Operations Manager.

Client Support & Counseling
- Communicate with clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and application procedures.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, email, and online inquiries professionally.
- Assist clients in understanding application requirements and next steps.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the visa processing cycle.
- Address routine client questions and escalate issues when required.

Travel & Ticketing Support
- Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements when required.
- Support the team with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries and related documents.
- Coordinate with the travel team and service providers to support client requirements.

Team Coordination
- Work under the direction of the Visa & Travel Operations Manager.
