Business Development Manager – Industrial Biocides

Industry: Industrial Biocides / Specialty Chemicals / Paint Additives

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to establish and grow our Industrial Biocides Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing business for preservatives and antimicrobial products used in paints, coatings, adhesives, construction chemicals, emulsions, textiles, paper, detergents, and allied industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets across India.
- Promote products such as CIT/MIT, MIT, BIT, OIT, Diuron, Carbendazim, Terbutryn, and customized preservative blends.
- Develop key accounts, distributors, and OEM customers.
- Provide technical support and recommend suitable preservative systems.




- Coordinate customer trials with the R&D; team.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Travel extensively across India as required.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of relevant sales/business development experience in industrial biocides, paint additives, specialty chemicals, preservatives, or related products.
