Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge on Gravity die casting
Consistently achieve P,Q,C,D, M & S targets on an hourly basis in his respective zone
Review and counsel workmen on Attendance & efficiency
Audit deployment of workmen and organize resources
Carryout cell audit on adherence to standards / SDCA of part and process
Identify the interuptions in operations and make contingency plan
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in aluminum die casting production
- Robust understanding of gravity die casting techniques and principles.
