Take Pre-Logs, SRAN SCF backup file, CM Dump, Site Status and Alarm & Pre-Checks before activity in both BSC and SRAN Site

Configuration Changes in form of 2G TRX Grow/Degrow, DFCA Implementation, AFP Implementation through XML Plan or Manual changes in BSCs. Strong knowledge of 2G commands.

Site Recommissioning through WebEm.

Execute XML for parameter Change, neighbour, improvement of KPI or any relational parameter

Coordinate with GDC DB and Circle team in case any discrepancy in CR data while XML implementation

SA activity implementation only on outage window with approved CR and Customer approval.

Need to perform audit to verify changes, implemented through XML or Manual after activity

Perform post check in terms of site status, HW status & alarms. Dashboard Preparation and update for delivery Status.

5G/LTE/SRAN Node troubleshooting/Log collection/restoration during MW.

Rollback the site using the Pre-Configuration / Backup data in case of failure.

Co-ordination with circle FE for root cause analysis of problematic SRAN Sites.





SOFT AT JD
- Responsibilities:
- Managing and submitting all programmable and daily/weekly reports to the customer.
- Checking site parameters and HW status for Soft AT Acceptance.
- Executing plans using CM Editor for name and parameter updates.
- Performing 4G and 5G parameter modification activities.
- Conducting software upgrades for 4G sites via Software Manager.
- Creating IP and Abis Sites in mcBSC and Flexi BSC.
- Site commissioning as per standard formats.
- Performing planned activities in outage windows.
- Rehoming sites and creating recent sites on PABIS.
- Troubleshooting 2G and 3G BTS during outage activities.
- Managing reports and ensuring maximum TRX availability.
- Running scripts to optimize TRX performance.
- Installing, commissioning, and optimizing Nokia Flexi and Airscale BTS for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
- Maintaining GSM BTS with 99.9% uptime.
- Expanding existing sites
