Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Saraswati Group of Colleges in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves managing daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records,



and HR information systems. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance evaluations, organizing training and development initiatives, and supporting recruitment activities for academic and administrative staff. The role also requires preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing and workforce planning needs.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR functions.
