*Role & responsibilities

*Manage Learners: Handle students from the first counselling call until enrollment, including regular follow-ups.

*Career Counselling: Understand courses and career options and suggest the right program based on the learners goals.

*Build Relationships: Maintain good relationships with learners and help them make the right education decisions.

*Manage Applications: Help with applications, documents, fee payments, and the enrollment process.

*Support Learners: Solve learner queries and coordinate with internal teams and universities for a smooth experience.

*Sales & Targets: Follow up with leads, counsel learners, convert them into enrollments, and achieve sales targets. (Cold Calling)
