Job Description

 Conduct analysis of OPGW and utility requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project objectives.

 Prepare and manage RFP responses, bid submissions, and technical/commercial proposals.

 Finalize technical specifications in accordance with RFP requirements and customer standards.

 Develop comprehensive desktop plans and own end-to-end network design activities.

 Coordinate and integrate multiple utility, OPGW, and underground (UG) infrastructure segments into a unified deployment plan.

 Drive rapid-track project execution through timely planning, approvals, and release of PRs/POs.

 Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure deployment with fiber last-mile connectivity requirements.

 Track and expedite internal and external approvals to avoid project delays.





 Lead front-end change management activities and incorporate customer requirements into project plans.

 Review and modify network plans and designs based on field conditions, site constraints, and customer feedback.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and successful project execution.
