Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.
- Monitor leads, prospects, and sales pipelines.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.
- Sales Team Management
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales/business development team.
- Assign leads and targets to team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support team members in handling difficult leads and negotiations.
- Proposal & Negotiation
- Coordinate with technical/project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Review proposals before sharing them with clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, timelines, and contracts within company guidelines.
- Follow up until the deal is successfully closed.
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Track leads from initial contact through conversion.
- Monitor conversion rates, deal values, and sales cycle duration.
- Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and other departments to understand project requirements.
