DHANMITHRA Marketing and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive / Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, Tally, MS Excel, financial documentation, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

· Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

· Perform regular bank reconciliation.

· Handle cash, petty cash, and banking transactions.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

· Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

· Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

· Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.

· Coordinate with vendors, customers,



and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Support management with financial information and reports.

· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Qualifications

· B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

· Accounting or finance-related certification is an added advantage.

· Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Experience & Skills

· 0–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

· Freshers with robust accounting knowledge may be considered for Account Executive roles.

· Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic statutory compliance.

· Strong analytical and numerical skills.
