We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in sales; freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in B2B sales/manufacturing/industrial sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client visits.
