MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or Logistics (Preferred)

Certification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Group Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Contracts, Logistics, Inventory, and Materials Management functions across the Group.

Manufacturing Procurement

Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Procurement

Strategic Vendor Development

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, procurement expertise, and experience in driving supply chain transformation across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

Develop and implement Group SCM strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead procurement and supply chain operations across R-ONE and Euroteck.

Establish SCM policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process excellence initiatives.

Develop long-term sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
