Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding interview schedules and offer extensions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- MBA/PGDM degree in Advertising/Mass Communication or HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and marketing concepts an added advantage.
