About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident
Sales Executive
for our business. The role involves handling
qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
, speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting them into sales.

Since the role often requires trust and personal interaction, the candidate should also be comfortable with
face-to-face meetings, client visits, direct client interactions, and strong deal-closing efforts
whenever needed.

The ideal candidate should be persuasive, presentable, customer-focused, and highly motivated to close sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, and other digital marketing campaigns
- Call prospective customers, understand their requirements, and demonstrate
strong phone-based sales and deal-closing skills

- Follow up consistently with leads through calls and messages
- Arrange and attend client meetings or in-person discussions when required
- Assist customers in product selection and resolve queries confidently




- Build trust with clients and provide a smooth buying experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and closure
- Maintain lead status and sales follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience
in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle both phone-based sales and in-person client interactions
- Valuable follow-up skills and strong closing ability
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Comfortable with meeting clients when required
- Target-driven and proactive approach
