We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Leader to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable insights for stakeholders.
Create dashboards and presentations to communicate marketing performance.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to achieve business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
