Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (Tally ERP/Tally Prime or equivalent).
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts.
- Process vendor payments and monitor accounts payable.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.




- Prepare GST invoices and ensure GST compliance, including return filing support.
- Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants during audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain employee reimbursement records and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Freshers with excellent account
