Position: Senior Accounts

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, Tally Prime, GST & TDS compliance, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable, financial reporting and audit coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising the accounts team and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage accounting entries in Tally Prime including Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, Expenses and Journal entries.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Perform Bank, Customer and Vendor Ledger Reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor payments and customer outstanding.




- Monitor expenses, cash flow and support budgeting & cost control.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documents.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting team members.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
- Provide accurate financial information and reports to management

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Experience in reconciliation, AP/AR and financial reporting.
- Team handling and good communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
