About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for luxury retail brands as well as clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle mid to senior-level hiring across Luxury & Retail and other industries.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Develop strong candidate and client relationships.

Preferred Profile:




- Strong experience in Retail Hiring / Luxury Retail Recruitment is highly preferred.
- Candidates from Luxury Retail, Retail Recruitment, or HR Consulting/Recruitment backgrounds will be preferred.
- Robust sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Male/Female candidates both can apply.
