Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Billing and Planning in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company's goal at Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural Manufacturing Location.

Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural

Eligibility: This position is open only to Bachelor's graduates in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with a Diploma or qualifications in other disciplines are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities for Billing Engineer:
- BOQ & Quantity Take-offs: Review architectural and MEP & Civil drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, civil) to extract accurate quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities.
- RA Bill Preparation: Draft and process monthly Running Account (RA) bills, final bills,



and joint measurements with Vendor and consultants/contract.
- Subcontractor/Vendor Billing: Verify, certify, and process back-to-back contractor and MEP vendor bills as per approved work orders.
- Rate Analysis & Variations: Identify extra items, analyze deviations, and prepare documentation for change orders or cost variations.
- Material Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliation statements for major MEP materials (pipes, cables, fittings, equipment).
- Cost Tracking & Audits: Monitor project budget utilization and support internal or external commercial audits.

Essential Skills to List
- Technical Knowledge: MEP systems understanding (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting), contract terms, and valuation.
- Software Proficiency: MS Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD, ERP / SAP systems (Project Systems or MM modules).
- Core Competencies: Quantity surveying, rate analysis, joint measurements, and reconciliation.
