Role Description :

ISECURION Technology & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its in-house marketing team,



and we're looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to help drive growth for our cybersecurity products and services.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You will manage campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to execution — working closely with our sales, product, and technical teams, with full visibility into business context and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for cost per lead and lead quality
- Drive organic growth through keyword research, technical SEO, and content strategy
- Improve landing page performance through structured testing of layout, copy, and CTAs; build lead magnets to support conversion
- Set up and manage email automation sequences; maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Track and report performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead alignment and cam
