Geopits Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations

Associate to support our sales and client engagement activities. The role involves

coordinating with clients, the internal Talent Acquisition team, and candidates to ensure the

smooth execution of recruitment requirements. This position offers an excellent prospect to

build a career in Sales Operations, with scope to take ownership of end-to-end sales

operations as you grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand and document client hiring requirements accurately.

● Coordinate with the internal Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment of

client requirements.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.





● Communicate client expectations, job requirements, and interview processes to

candidates.

● Track interview progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal

stakeholders.

● Support the sales team with operational and administrative activities, including

maintaining trackers, reports, and documentation.

● Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, candidates, and internal teams to facilitate

smooth hiring processes.

● Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements for operational

efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,

Business Administration, or a related field.

● MBA (Marketing, Operations, or Business Analytics) is an added advantage.

● 0–1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Client Coordination, Recruitment

Coordination, Business Operations, or Sales Support. Fresh graduates
