Role Description
This full-time, on-site Accounts Payable Specialist role is based in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with company policies. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts payable transactions, preparing and reviewing expense reports, and posting journal entries in the accounting system.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, responding to payment inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records for audits and reporting. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also support continuous improvement of finance processes and help maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of accounts payable processes.
