Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller.The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls related to material requirements, supplier coordination, stock-related follow-ups, and delivery status.

This is a suitable opportunity for freshers who have good communication skills .

Location : Vijayawada

Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to suppliers regarding material availability, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending materials and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the Stores team regarding material requirements.
- Maintain records of supplier calls, follow-ups, and delivery commitments.
- Inform the Stores Executive / Stores In-charge about delivery delays or shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quantity, packing, and delivery schedules.
- Support the Stores team in maintaining basic material and supplier information.
- Update daily follow-up details in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper communication with suppliers and transporters.




- Perform other basic Stores-related administrative activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Positive communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn Stores and Inventory operations.
- Ability to work in a food manufacturing / factory environment.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate – B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / Any Degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Vijayawada, or nearby areas preferred.
- Candidates with good communication and follow-up skills will be given preference.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate's suitability.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
