Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities, including HR operations, employee onboarding and exit processes, and maintaining accurate HR records. Responsibilities include supporting employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role also involves implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations,



and supporting payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular interaction with team members and leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills to manage day-to-day processes such as onboarding, documentation, and HR systems.
